Streemfire Privacy Policy

Streemfire recognizes that your privacy is very important and that it is your right to control your personal information.
We understand that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously.
Streemfire is an Austrian company working under European and Austrian privacy jurisdiction.
We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, or protect our rights.
We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our Services.
Before your Content is passed on to third parties, you have to agree to it.

This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that may be collected any time you interact with Streemfire, such as when you visit the Streemfire web site, use or purchase our products and services, or communicate with Streemfire employees.

Regarding the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right:

  • to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR)

  • to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);

  • to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR,

  • to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;

  • to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);

  • to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. An objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

Information about the data processing.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels.
Cookies are small data files that a web site you visit may save on your hard drive that usually includes an anonymous unique identifier.
A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your e-mail address.
The Streemfire web site uses cookies for user authentication, keeping track of your preferences, promotional campaigns that require user identification, keeping track of our audience size and traffic patterns, and in certain other cases.
We may include tracking pixels, which are small graphic images, in our e-mail messages and newsletters to determine whether the messages were opened and the links were actually viewed.

Data Collection.
Website Visitors: Like most website operators, Streemfire collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Streemfire’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Streemfire’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Streemfire may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information: Certain visitors to Streemfire’s websites choose to interact with Streemfire in ways that require Streemfire to gather personally-identifying information.
The amount and type of information that Streemfire gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.
For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at Streemfire to provide a username and email address.

If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information.

(a) Streemfire is required to by law; or
(b) if it is necessary to provide the Services

The Streemfire website and service may contain links to other sites.
Streemfire is not responsible for the privacy policy or other practices employed by websites linked to, or from, the Streemfire website or Service nor the information or content contained therein.
This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Streemfire website and Service.

When you post information to the Streemfire website or Service, you are granting Streemfire permission to use and take other actions with respect to such information (as described in the Terms of Service), in order to provide the Streemfire Service.
